1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of CCD Suite. By using the product you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the users you invite, and keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at purchase. The Community edition is free to self-host.
5. Your data
You own your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Final limitation-of-liability terms are pending legal review.
