Your data is yours. CCD Suite is built so you can isolate it, encrypt it, and — if you want — keep it entirely on your own infrastructure.
Tenant isolation
Every tenant's data is isolated at the database layer with Postgres row-level security (RLS). The AI agent only ever sees the tenant it is acting for — never another customer's knowledge graph.
Self-host & air-gap
The Community edition runs entirely on your own hardware via Docker, with a bundled local LLM. With the bundled model there are zero outbound calls — suitable for air-gapped and data-resident deployments. Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key any time if you prefer managed models.
Data ownership
We do not train models on your business data. Import and export are first-class, and in self-host you can read and edit your agent's memory and skills as plain files on disk.
Enterprise controls
SSO/SAML, advanced audit logging, deep role- and attribute-based access control, and DSAR/compliance tooling are available on the Cloud and Enterprise tiers.
