Data Processing Addendum
How CCD Suite processes personal data on behalf of business customers under GDPR.

Roles
The customer is the data controller; CCD Suite (Crane & Ceeshar Digital) acts as the data processor.
Scope of processing
We process personal data only to provide the service and on the customer's documented instructions.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of subprocessors (hosting, email, inference) under contract. A current list is available on request.
Security
Technical and organisational measures are described on our Security page.
International transfers & deletion
Standard contractual clauses and data-deletion terms are pending legal review.
