About CCD Suite
CCD Suite is the company brain for services firms (10–50 people). It connects the tools you already run into one knowledge graph, so you can finally see the whole business and ask the questions that cross every tool.
Agencies, consultancies, and MSPs run on a dozen tools and still spend twenty minutes tab-switching to answer a single cross-domain question. CCD Suite doesn't ask them to move. It connects the CRM, project board, accounting, and calendar they already use into one knowledge graph an AI agent reasons over. Where a firm has no tool yet, such as a CRM, HR, or a client portal, our native modules fill the gap.
Why we exist
AI is usually bolted onto tools that were never built for it: it forgets context between sessions, can't safely act, and is locked to one model vendor. We put the agent at the centre and give it durable, governed memory — so the answer comes from the tool, not a tab tour.
Who's building it
CCD Suite is the flagship product of Crane & Ceeshar Digital. The Community edition is free to self-host on your own infrastructure; the managed cloud adds the brain, the cross-org network, and the enterprise layer.
